Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Explain how marketing adds value to consumers, people, places, and ideas. Describe the steps in marketing planning. Explain the steps and key elements of the marketing research process. Explain the purchase decision-making processing. Describe each component of the marketing mix to include pricing, supply chain, and packaging and labelin. Demonstrate how marketers communicate using updated communication model that incorporates buzz marketing activities and new social media.
