Course is designed to help students prepare to take the ARRT examination upon completion of all coursework. Test taking strategies are incorporated into content. Perform a job search. Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Explain and describe components, principles and operation of imaging systems and equipment. Explain and identify anatomical structures, components of cells, tissues, organs and systems. Describe standard imaging procedures, optimal imaging standards including image evaluation. Explain the factors that govern the image production process. Describe concepts of optimal patient care including the physical and psychological needs of both routine and emergent patients.
