Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Communicate effectively utilizing the basic principles of management, problem solving and systems thinking. Evaluate the main concepts surrounding the ergonomic environment require to todays offices and examine the latest features of computer systems. Utilize technology to manage automated office systems. Analyze efficient tools of information technology required in the process to increase productivity. Emphasize efficient operation of administrative office systems by researching how to solve problems to generate alternative solutions. Measure office work and performance standards as they relate to improving office productivity. Discuss and explain the effects of downsizing, critical human relation issues, and the latest developments in information technology.
