MT3. 852 Refrigeration Brazing
Skills learned include: cutting and brazing safety, bend, cut, flare, and swag refrigerant tubing, and RHVAC silver soldering. Earn Oregon State Refrigeration Brazing Certification. Introduction to refrigeration systems as related to troubleshooting. This training requires 15-20 hours of hands-on practice or passing a challenge test.

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Skills learned including, cutting and brazing safety, bend, cut, flare, and swag refrigerant tubing, and RHVAC silver soldering. Earn Refrigeration Brazing Certification at LBCC. Braze 3/8 and 3/4 RHVAC tubing using oxyacetylene and air acetylene equipment. Practice all safety regulations. Recycle copper tubing.
