Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Assemble and artificial vagina. Safety handle a stallion and mare during teasing process. Evaluate an ejaculate using modern technology. Calculate and insemination dosage. Safety handle a stallion during live cover or artificial collection. Sterile technique and artificial insemination of the mare. Understand the basic of ultrasonography. Foal out a mare and provide immediate neonatal care.
