CRS 103 Coding III
Covers detailed procedural coding in digestive systems, male urinary and genital systems, female genital and reproductive systems, endocrine systems, nervous systems, and eyes and ears. Prepares students to demonstrate competency in procedural and diagnostic coding in the fields of anesthesia; pathology/laboratory and medicine.

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Analyze raw clinical information from all outpatient settings and choose the proper Evaluation and Management code for reimbursement. Demonstrate competency in procedural and diagnostic coding for the following systems: Digestive; Male Urinary and Genital systems; Female Genital and Reproductive systems; Endocrine system; Nervous system; Eyes and Ears. Demonstrate competency in procedural and diagnostic coding for the following special sections of the current procedural terminology manual: Anesthesia; Radiology; Pathology/Laboratory; and Medicine.
