Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Describe the developmental trajectories of children in terms of physical, cognitive, social and emotional development. Evaluate the developmental stages of individual children. Describe theories and concepts of child development including Piaget's cognitive theory and Erikson's psychosocial theory.
