Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Apply electrical theory to troubleshoot common electrical problems such as shorts, opens, and faulty components. Use effective troubleshooting methodology to locate and fix electrical problems. Use digital multimeters safely and effectively to measure current, resistance, and voltage. Calculate expected voltage, resistance, and/or current in industrial circuits using Ohm's law. Follow a schematic to wire electric circuits in both series and parallel.
