MP 191 Individual Lessons Percussion
Facilitates the student's general music background and addresses their skill level on percussion. Gives attention to the individual's goals in learning to play percussion and an interest they may have in learning to play particular styles of percussion music. Note: Requires additional tutorial fee. Student must contact the instructor to set up individual lesson times.

Read and play percussion repertoire appropriate for a beginning percussion player. Demonstrate and play with correct posture. Play with appropriate hand position and technique for a beginning percussion player. Apply basic music theory to performance appropriate for a beginning percussion player. Perform with appropriate level of music expression for a beginning percussion player.
