MA3. 428 Solidworks II

The second course in a two-course Solidworks series. Provides advanced training and learning experiences in Solidworks solid modeling Computer-Aided Design software (CAD), which makes it possible for designers to quickly sketch out ideas, experiment with features and dimensions, and produce models and detailed drawings.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the advanced concepts and terminology used throughout the Solidworks application. Identify and utilize design automation techniques in Solidworks. Create and edit basic 3-D models of parts and assemblies in Solidworks. Create 2-D drawings from 3-D models in Solidworks. Import, export, and save files using Solidworks.
