Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Develop and demonstrate medical office management concepts such as staffing, payroll, budget and policy implementation. Develop and demonstrate medical office management concepts regarding banking procedures, accounts receivables and payables, banking, and basic finance techniques. Show sensitivity to patients and third party payors when discussing financial obligations.
