Compare and contrast social media marketing benefits and the effects of different media tools in relation to the promotion mix. Create and implement a social media marketing strategy and optimize business profiles on each social network. Evaluate the effectiveness of social selling, website design, and content by use of Social Media Analytics and measuring return on investment (ROI). Compose an employee advocacy program, social media policies, and crisis response plans.
